YouTube beauty guru Tati Westbrook has put her Sherman Oaks home on the market for $3.995 million.

Designed in a modern farmhouse style, the two-story 6,281-square-foot residence — built in 2016 and upgraded — shares a quarter-acre lot south of Ventura Boulevard with a 1,000-square-foot guest house, swimming pool and spa, and expansive lawn area.

The main house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a plush nine-seat movie theater just off the family room where glass doors slide away to offer access to the backyard.

Other interior features include an open-concept living and dining space, a large butler’s pantry, and a gourmet eat-in kitchen with breakfast nook.

There’s also a wine cellar.

The master suite has a fireplace in the bedroom, his and hers walk-in closets, and a bathroom with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.

Dennis Chernov of Keller Williams Realty-Studio City holds the listing.

Westbrook, 38, burst onto social media in 2010 with the launch of the YouTube channel GlamLifeGuru, now Tati. The video channel has more than 9 million subscribers. She’s also behind the cosmetics line Tati Beauty and the vitamin-supplement brand Halo Beauty.

Last year, Westbrook was at the center of a feud with fellow YouTube stars Jeffree Star and Shane Dawson. She claimed Star and Dawson “used, coerced and manipulated” her into posting a takedown of beauty influencer James Charles. The video resulted in millions of lost subscribers for Charles, which he has since regained.

Property records show that she and her husband, James, took ownership of the house in May for $3.3 million. Variety reported the deal was part of a rent-to-own arrangement with the previous owner.
