Elected officials will host business resiliency webinar

The pandemic has wreaked havoc on many small businesses, forcing thousands of them to permanently close their doors.
Restaurants, bars and gyms have been among the hardest hit by lockdowns triggered by the pandemic.
Although California’s economy is slated to fully open in less than a month, many businesses are still grappling to stay afloat.
Several elected officials, including Rep. Brad Sherman, Rep. Mike Garcia, Assemblymember Suzette Martinez Valladares, Los Angele County Supervisor Kathryn Barger and L.A. City Councilman John Lee will meet virtually on June 3, to discuss various types of resources available to support businesses.
